EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the below terms and conditions carefully. When purchasing a ticket to events held at Salt at Shoal Bay. By purchasing you accept the following terms & conditions.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Salt at Shoal Bay and/or its collaborators reserves the right to change or cancel the event at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure an event of equivalent standard at a later date. In the event that Salt at Shoal Bay and/or its collaborators must cancel an event for any reason a full refund will be given.
GST
All prices are exclusive of GST.
LOCATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All event attendees are subject to the terms and conditions set out by the property Salt at Shoal Bay. These terms and conditions can be viewed by clicking here.
BEHAVIOUR:
Salt at Shoal Bay and its collaborators reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to an event, or eject any person from an event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by our staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority, or in violation of the property’s terms and conditions.
IMAGE RELEASE:
In purchasing tickets to events at Salt at Shoal Bay, you grant permission to Salt at Shoal Bay & event collaborators, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for Salt at Shoal Bay & event collaborators. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, Salt at Shoal Bay & event collaborators from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should you not agree to the above image release, you must advise us by email at hello@saltatshoalbay.com.au
PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of ticket purchase in order to attend.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given due to the size and short lead times of the workshop however a substitute may attend in your place.
In the event of a medical emergency a doctors certificate will be required an a refund may be given at the discretion of the event holders. A $100 administration fee will apply for any refunds made to cover payment service fees & charges.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Should you be unable to attend, you may send one substitute in your place. Salt at Shoal Bay must be notified of all substitutions at least 24 hours prior to the event. Personalised gifts or items can unfortunately not be substituted if notified within 2 weeks of the event taking place.
INDEMNITY
Guests and their visitors actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. Salt at Shoal Bay do not condone: unsafe, irresponsible or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all Guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time.
